Google Business Profile & Google API Services
When you connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) with ZoodoCRM, our application accesses your business information, customer reviews, ratings, and location details solely to provide review monitoring, automated response generation, and performance analytics within your CRM workspace.
- Data Collected: Business name, location IDs, reviews, reviewer names, review ratings, and review timestamps received via Google Business Profile APIs.
- Use of Data: This data is strictly used to display reviews on your dashboard, manage review replies, and automate customer responses. We do not use this data for personalized advertising or profiling.
- Data Sharing & Selling: ZoodoCRM does not sell, rent, or trade your Google data to any third-party brokers, advertisers, or unauthorized services.
- Data Retention & Revocation: You can disconnect your Google account at any time via the integrations dashboard or through your Google Security Permissions. Upon disconnection or account termination, fetched Google data is deleted or anonymized as per our standard data retention schedule.
- Google Limited Use Compliance: ZoodoCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for business, support, legal, tax, security, and service delivery purposes. You may request deletion or correction by emailing help@zoodocrm.com.
Your Choices
