Use this page to request deletion of data connected to Facebook login, Facebook Lead Ads, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other Meta integrations used with ZoodoCRM.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email help@zoodocrm.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your name, email address, company name, and the Facebook Page, ad account, or integration connected with ZoodoCRM.
  3. If available, include your ZoodoCRM account or workspace name so we can locate the correct records.
  4. We will verify the request and confirm deletion or explain any legally required retention.

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data received through Facebook or Meta integrations where deletion is technically possible and legally permitted.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for security logs, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery windows.

Response Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable business timeframe after receiving the necessary verification details.
